Add Signature to Gmail (GSuite):

  1. Click the highlight signature button on the right
  2. Copy the signature

Add signature to Apple Mail:

  1. Copy your custom signature:
    1. Click the "Highlight Signature" button above
    2. Copy the signature (Press "⌘ C" (Command C) or go to the Edit menu and choose "Copy")
  2. Install signature in Apple Mail:
    1. Open the Mail app on your Mac
    2. Click "Mail" in the menu bar (top left corner of screen), click "Preferences..."
    3. Click "Signatures" on the top of the preferences window that just opened
    4. Check "Place signature above quoted text" if not already checked
    5. Click the "+" button near the bottom of the preferences window
    6. Type a name to identify this signature e.g., "advancemgt"
    7. Uncheck "Always match my default message font" near the bottom of the preferences window
    8. Delete anything in the signature area (the column furthest to the right)
    9. Paste your signature (Press "⌘ V" (Command V) or go to the Edit menu and choose "Paste")
  3. Add signature to email accounts:
    1. Drag the name of the new signature (middle column) to each email account you want to use it with (first column)
  4. [Optional] Set signature as the default:
    1. Click each email account (first column) you've added the signature to
    2. Click "Choose Signature" dropdown and select your new signature
  5. Test to make sure it works:
    1. Create a new email
    2. Verify your fancy new signature is included
    3. Rejoice!
