For instructions on how to access your paystub online look under the employment tab and select Paystub Access. Or click here to go directly to the pay stub access page.

If you need and/or did not receive your original W2 from Quality Labor Management, Please email W2@myqlm.com, include in your request:

  1. Your legal first and last name
  2. The last 4-digits of your Social Security Number to verify your identity
  3. Any contact information (address, email, telephone number, etc.) that may need to be updated on your system file.

Safety Bucks are our way of rewarding our Team Members for working safely on the job. For each safe hour that our Team Member works, they will be given one Safety Buck that will show up on their electronic pay stub. This program is to recognize our team for their diligence to safety on the job, a core Philosophy of QLM. Safety Bucks are redeemable for items in the safety buck catalog, they are not redeemable for cash. Contact your local branch for an order form to redeem your Safety Bucks rewards today!

To update your address, complete the change of address form and submit it to HR@myqlm.com
